Accurate photos. Clear expectations.
The property should be cleaned, furnished, and prepared as guests will experience it. Photography and video cover the property as presented; cleaning, staging, and props are not included. Images must accurately reflect the current property and amenities.
Ongoing marketing use is included for the original client’s Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct-booking advertising for this property. Resale or transfer to another owner, agent, or management company requires permission. New photography, new video, and future edits are separate services.
The starting package is $375 plus tax and covers the scope above. Multiple units or structures, extensive amenity coverage, and additional services are quoted before booking. 3D tours, floor plans, and twilight images are not included in this package. Las Cruces photo shoots are paid only, with a $100 mileage charge per realtor per day in addition to shoot prices. Multiple houses for the same realtor on the same day share one $100 charge. Different realtors each pay $100, even on the same trip. Other travel beyond 25 miles is quoted before booking. Applicable tax is additional.
