Las Cruces photo shoots are paid only, with a $100 mileage charge per realtor per day in addition to shoot prices. Multiple houses for the same realtor on the same day share one $100 charge. Different realtors each pay $100, even on the same trip.

The same care for every property
Rental properties receive the same photography and editing standards as our homes listed for sale. We photograph the front exterior, entry, living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, and relevant outdoor or parking features. Photo selection depends on the layout and amenities.
Photos you can use again
Your rental photography includes permission to reuse the images for future rental listings of the same property while you continue to own or represent it. No repeat usage fee. Images must accurately reflect the property’s current condition. Permission is required before transferring photos to another owner, agent, or management company.
This photo reuse permission does not include permanent 3D tour hosting, indefinite file storage, future edits, or new photography. Download and retain your delivered photos. Updated photography is recommended when the property’s appearance changes.
