When will my photos be delivered?
Photo turnaround is generally 24 hours. Delivery timing is confirmed when booking, including for larger photo sets, listing videos, Zillow 3D and floor plans.
What does the complimentary appointment include?
Real estate professionals new to Iron Mesa Media, including realtors and property managers regardless of career experience, may request one complimentary first appointment for one residential listing or long-term rental property with 25 professionally edited indoor and outdoor photos, with no square-footage cap. Las Cruces is excluded from this complimentary offer. We can work out the best date and time for your shoot. Extra photos are $8 each plus tax. Intro add-ons are Zillow 3D for $65 plus tax, a Listing Video for $125 plus tax, or both for $165 plus tax. Standard service-area, scheduling, and portfolio-permission terms apply. Las Cruces photo shoots are paid only, with a $100 mileage charge per realtor per day in addition to shoot prices. Multiple houses for the same realtor on the same day share one $100 charge. Different realtors each pay $100, even on the same trip.
What services are available now?
Available services include professionally edited listing photos, 60-second property-focused listing videos, 30–45-second vertical Reel/TikTok videos without the realtor, Zillow 3D tours with interactive floor plans, schematic floor plans with room measurements, virtual twilight images, and virtual staging for vacant-room photographs. Original and staged images are both delivered; MLS disclosure rules apply. Drone service is not currently offered; FAA Part 107 certification is in progress.
How should I prepare the property?
After you select a service in Spiro, you will receive a preparation email and checklist. Declutter, turn on lights, open blinds, secure pets, clear driveways and counters, and make every required room accessible. The property must be ready to shoot when the appointment begins.
What are the booking, payment, cancellation, and usage terms?
A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling cutoff applies; changes inside 24 hours may incur an $85 fee plus applicable tax. Payment timing follows the option selected for your order. For orders using pay-before-download, payment is required before finished media can be downloaded. Titus pay-at-closing is available as an optional selection; review the terms shown when choosing it. Completed services and delivered digital products are nonrefundable; verified quality issues will be corrected. Copyright remains with Iron Mesa Media and the client receives a listing-use license. RAW or unedited files are not included. Permanent defects will not be digitally misrepresented.
