25-, 35-, and 45-photo packages are delivered by the next business day. The 60-photo package is delivered within 48 hours. Delivery timing for video, Zillow 3D, and rush work is confirmed when booking.

Each new realtor may use one complimentary first appointment for one residential property under 2,500 square feet with 25 finished photos. Extra photos are $8 each. Intro add-ons are Zillow 3D for $65, a Listing Video for $125, or both for $165. Standard service-area, scheduling, and portfolio-permission terms apply.

Launch services are professionally edited listing photos, 60–90 second horizontal 16:9 property-only listing videos, Zillow 3D Home tours with interactive floor plans, and virtual staging for vacant-room photographs. Original and staged images are both delivered; MLS disclosure rules apply. Drone service is not currently offered; FAA Part 107 certification is in progress.

Use the Property Preparation Guide before arrival. Declutter, turn on lights, open blinds, secure pets, clear driveways and counters, and make every room included in a Zillow 3D tour accessible. The property must be ready to shoot when the appointment begins.

A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling cutoff applies; changes inside 24 hours may incur an $85 fee. First-time clients pay before unrestricted download. Copyright remains with Iron Mesa Media and the client receives a listing-use license. RAW or unedited files are not included. Return visits start at $85. Permanent defects will not be digitally misrepresented.
