Las Cruces photo shoots are paid only, with a $100 mileage charge per realtor per day in addition to shoot prices. Multiple houses for the same realtor on the same day share one $100 charge. Different realtors each pay $100, even on the same trip.

Realtors and property managers, regardless of career experience, may request a complimentary first shoot with 25 professionally edited indoor and outdoor photos for one residential listing or long-term rental in El Paso. Las Cruces is excluded. Photo turnaround is generally 24 hours; timing is confirmed when booking.
